Outsiders crowding the pool area during the day ruined the whole experience!!! An elevator upgrade would be beneficial for those hauling heavy luggage up multiple flights!!!

lovely stay but minor access issue
The staff was exceptionally supportive during my illness, assisting with room changes smoothly. The poolside cabin was not only spotless but also provided a fantastic ambiance for relaxation. The atmosphere around the bar was vibrant, making it a delightful place to unwind after exploring. The ocean view from my cabin was simply stunning, enhancing my overall experience.
The only concern was the access points, which could be challenging for those with mobility issues.

Access to the penthouse relies solely on the elevator, which is a significant concern during emergencies-no stairs for backup. My daughter and I experienced an elevator malfunction, leaving us stuck for over 30 minutes, which was frustrating. The lack of reliable communication regarding our room change and the splitting of our family into two different rooms wasn't ideal. The hotel's power outages contribute to the uncertainty, especially when you depend on the elevator to carry your luggage up or down.

The location is excellent, just steps from the boat station and close to restaurants. The staff were exceptionally helpful, assisting with water taxis and providing local recommendations. The pool was refreshing, and breakfast each morning was a highlight. However, the air conditioning in room 13 was excessively loud, which made it hard to enjoy watching TV. Additionally, the furniture felt dated, especially the couch, which deterred us from using it. The elevator was out of order during our stay, necessitating multiple trips up and down stairs with our luggage.

Spent four nights in a spacious King Suite with a stunning ocean view and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. I loved relaxing in the hot tub and checking out the massage options—they really helped me unwind. Just a heads up, the coffee station could use a bit more variety, but it didn’t stop my overall enjoyment! 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Tropical Suites Hotel. The spacious King Suite with Town View was beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable bedding and a lovely balcony where I could relax and savor my morning coffee while watching the vibrant street life below.
A more accessible elevator would be helpful for seniors.
